IBS lower right back pain

Maybe bit late, but magnesium sprays/bath salts and vitamin D sprays are nice option, also important in hydration. Just drinking water will actual do the opposite especially if not eating much or anything.
You might find some of the information on here useful:
Alflorex probiotic has also helped me greatly with my IBS pain.
I get that too, but mine is caused by a definite misalignment in my pelvic bones and some scoliosis of the lower spine. For some reason (even though it doesn't seem as if that and IBS are connected) But my stiffness and pain after getting up in the morning are awful just before a bowel movement! After a bowel movement, that pain eases up so much I forget about it and get on with my day. So one thing obviously affects the other.
What I have found helps me are:
1. A hot bath straight after getting out of bed.
2. sitting in a kneeling/sitting on my legs position straight in front of a fan heater to let the warm air get to my lower back. If I do that I can move properly. Otherwise after getting up I am limping and leaning to my right. (until after a bm.)
Get yourself some Holland & Barrat charcoal tablets. Pop six of these before bed. My flare ups trigger a pain in my right flank, which turned out to be acute trapped wind. Charcoal tablets eliminated it!
I only mention it just in case you're suffering thd same.
All my IBS pain appear to occur from where small intestine joins the large one up the right flank to the colon turn.
