Most painful hemorrhoid's

Hi, I ma not sure if this is the correct group to post but cannot find an alternative one.

I am a 48 year old male, vegetarian and healthy diet. I exercise regularly and drink lots of water. I have recently started to take fibre supplements as I dont think I get enough.

For the last two months, I have suffered the most terrible pain in my backside. I believe it to be a haemorrhoid as I can feel it.

It hurts all the time. The pain is almost unbearable.

I know people can have these for years.

I have tried all over the counter creams, anusol, germaloids, suppositries and nothing has worked.

Can anyone recommend anything else? I have seen some adverts online which has caught my attention but I am dubious.

Appreciate any help

Paul
