Need advice as am unsure what's going on

Hi,

I am wondering if I could get some advice, as I am unsure exactly what is wrong on how I am feeling, and wondered if anyone else has experienced the same thing.

About 8 years ago now, I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia via an endoscope. For the past 3 days, I have been getting a lot of pain in my stomach area, especially after eating and also feeling like my stomach and ribs are quite sore.

I am wondering if this could be something to do with my hernia, as getting stomach pain, pain in bottom of my ribs and chest near my stomach, feeling bloated and sick after eating or drinking a small amount, heartburn, sour/bitter taste in my mouth and just a lot pain and just feel ill.

As I am just looking for advice on what to do, as I am not sure what's going on or how to stop either the pain or how I am feeling.

You may be suffering from acid reflux / GERD as a result of the hernia. This will require treatment if it goes on for too long and you are in a lot of pain. Perhaps get some advice from your GP.
