Does anyone suffer with awful nausea in a flare. Started about 10 days ago. Even waking in early hours with it along with my abdo pains. Sometimes soon as I finish eating, which isnt much, it gets worse. Pains mainly on left 3 inches from navel at splenic flexture but also moving pains. The nausea is by far the worst. Tried windease, slippery elm, ginger. No help.
Had recent ultrasounds and bloods told just my ibs as usual but it is really bad this time. Anyone else

Do you have IBS C or D? Sometimes being a bit "backed up" can cause nausea, and that can cause pain and discomfort too. If you are, perhaps something gentle to get you moving a bit more might relieve it? Can your GP prescribe something for the nausea?
yes, think they call it dyspepsia but i only get it from eating high fodmap foods. Low fodmap diet is a bugger to follow tho. I wouldn't cut them out completely, just reduce as much as possible for 3 weeks and then eat smaller doses of fodmaps.
yes I go through phases of intense nausea which last for a few weeks and then goes away until the next time. So bad it makes my mouth water as though I’m going to be sick. It’s really debilitating 😥 I chew mint gum but it’s not very helpful!
