Colpein and buscopan

Hi there, can anyone tell me if it's ok to take colpermin and buscopan together? I am already taking colpermin which I think is helping a bit, but still getting cramps and bloating although maybe not as often as I was Thankyou for any helpful ifo.

yes the colpermin is only peppermint oil and buscopan contains Hyoscine butylbromide, a drug that relaxes smooth muscle in the gastro-intestinal and genito-urinary systems. So they are very different one js natural and one contains a medication.

What symptoms do you have except bloating and cramps? Do you have ibs c or ibs d? I only ask because buscopan isn’t that useful for ibs c as it will slow down the gut transit making people with ibs c more uncomfortable and you get cramps and bloating with both types of ibs.

Yes It is okay; I take both when I have a mini flare and gas gets very painful!
