Can you have ibs without diarrhea or constipation ? I have all the other symptoms just not really toilet changes.

What's your diet like?

Have u already had a colonoscope? And or any other tests to rule out other conditions?

Not the greatest, but trying to change diet, had full blood tests all come back good apart from tested positive for h pylori .

Take it there's no bleeding in stools?

Specifically what do u eat?

No colonscope, no bleeding in stool. Just every day food plus the odd chocolate bar, cakes, take seats etc

I’ve got IBS same as you - I also had hP. Can cause IBS symptoms. You will need treatment and the symptoms may take months to subsided.

I’ve had the triple test but finished it all last week and still in pain and discomfort. Have you been diagnosed with ibs or just going by your symptoms?
