ALFLOREX FOR IBS-C

I know that a few people on here have been taking Alflorex for IBS-D but has anybody tried it for IBS-C and if so did it make any difference?

I managed to more or less control my symptoms by being careful what I ate after trying the FODMAP diet and taking Healthspan’s combined probiotic and multivitamin. I have taken this for about 3 years but decided to try without but about a month afterwards I started having a flare up of a burning sensation, pain and urgency, even when slightly constipated, which is still ongoing. Unfortunately, Healthspan are out of stock until May so I’m looking for other things to try.

I have been on Alflorex for a month for IBS C and feel it might be helping....still have a lot of flatulence but more regular and less discomfort. It's worth a try.

Thank you, Pe36nny. I think I’ll give it a go and see if there’s some improvement.
