Lower right abdominal pain

Good Morning. I have been having bouts of lower right and upper right abdominal pain. Sometimes very sharp. Ultrasound shows nothing. I do have IBS, GERD, diverticulitis and anxiety concerning my health. Anyone else dealing with this?

She was, she passed over the Rainbow Bridge the night before Christmas Eve. We are trying to adopt another because our other cat is lonely, but it is much harder to find one than you would imagine.
