Thank you Annabelly ! I hope you had a good Christmas too, and your belly was as happy as possible.

I didn't come off too badly from a small sprouts-and-chestnuts experiment on Christmas Day. Plus just a bit of carrot and broccoli. Not 100% this a.m. but could have been a lot worse. Today I experimented with small amounts of cream cheese and a few raisins in a teacake (normally I've had to avoid foods like that) I even had some Ukrainian vodka. So far, tummy not complaining! Wow.....
