Has anybody tried this…

I normally suffer with IBS D.. but it seems to be alternating with C now, which is a whole new experience !

Has anyone tried this? I’m normally willing to try anything but this one is quite pricey … it has good reviews but mostly about bloating which I do suffer with.. but the D is what takes over my life.

I found a page on Happy Mammoth with the ingredients

happymammoth.com/pages/ingr...

They all look good if someone isn't allergic to anything here. Rosemary is in it and can be a problem for anyone with high BP. Otherwise it looks pretty good. But I'd think best to check with a doctor if someone's on any medication because of all those herb extracts in it . I'd be interested to see if this works for you, JT1992, Good luck :)

I tried that page of ingredients again and the link does work for me. I wonder why it didn't for you?

Is this one any different? happymammoth.com/pages/ingr...

Hi I tried the 2nd link you sent. It very briefly showed a page of pictures of plants/herbs & then this message.

The page you are looking for cannot be found. Thank you for trying.

I haven't tried it, but found the ingredients here:

eu.happymammoth.com/product...

It contains inulin prebiotic which may be problematic for some IBS sufferers since it is a type of FODMAP.

Looks too good to be true. If it's an instant cure like some reviews suggest why would you need to buy this product for 6 months or more ( you get it at a reduced cost if you subscribe)

I assume it is going to be one of these things that you need to keep taking, rather than a one-off fix (which i doubt exists for IBS)

It's now apparently "ultimate gut repair" and not "complete" any longer, and is here:

store.happymammoth.com/prod...

If you can get to "ultimate gut repair" you can see the ingredients on the products in the kit. Unfortunately you can't tell WHICH product! You have to go to the individual product page for each, to see its ingredients. Good luck!

Sprouts?! Surely that's not good for anyone with IBS..

Broccoli sprouts are different from Broccoli. They are the sprouted seeds. I'm not sure if that's high or low Fodmap though as I can't find it on the low Fodmap list, only alfalfa sprouts.

I just found this which looks good for broccoli sprouts:
