Yes I get it regular.
Ginger tea helps.
Yes, I get quite a lot of gas pain. I had it under my ribs for 3 days the other week.
Yep. When I get gut pain, it is usually gas working it's way out. Sometimes it can make me feel quite unwell until it is passed. A buscopan tablet sometimes helps, but I know some folks react badly to it. Have you spoken to your doctor about this pain?
I moved so I have a new Dr,, not a gastroenterologist but I am going to mention it to him. I have been suffering with IBS for six years, I take IBGard and helps me but some days I get so annoyed 😞Most mornings I get out of bed and within seconds I get this feeling in my stomach of pressure, if someone was pulling down, I had a CT scan, ultrasound, breath test, colonoscopy and endoscopy five years ago and everything looked fine, which is great but that’s when I was diagnosed with IBS.
I had another colonoscopy and endoscopy few months ago and all good.
Between IBS and my lower back issues I get a little depressed sometimes
Thank you for listening 😀
Grip mixture (for baby’s) helps release spasms in gut
I have sharp pains too and bloating gets me down as makes my tired and unable to leave the house
Yes I have severe bloating every morning. It makes me feel so sick too I also have gastroparesis and ibs combined so I’m not in a good way. I’ve tried everything Amber x
Yes I suffer terrible with wind as I suffer from IBS -D but when I went into hospital with a bad diverticulitis attack I was diagnosed with an abnormal gaseous abdomen and put on a low residue diet which means no fibre food so I went from having a high fibre diet to no fibre at all but one good thing I have less wind I take mebeverine which helps a lot.
I get wind pains that come and go. Ages without them, then maybe a week or so with them most days, then they disappear again for a while. My gut doesn't even produce too much gas, I don't think so anyway as generally I only pass wind about 6 times a day. Apparently the norm is 10-20 times!
But it's when it gets trapped that it hurts. Slight stress can start that for me. Even pleasant stress like visiting someone or having things to do.
I have to lie completely flat on the floor for about 10 minutes, and just 'let go', let my body fully relax and breathe, stare at the ceiling, listen to music. It's the usual thing that can help me. Many a time I've had to do that in friends bathrooms. They must have wondered what I was doing up there!
Hey I have found some help from horrible wind pains to severe constipation . Peppermint oil for the wind cramps and Buscopan helps to settle your stomach. For the constipation I use Liquorish and mango juice and curry Good Luck xx
