Take care - rest and drink a lot of water. I would say eat well, but I am sure you have a restricted diet. Ask if a vitamin pill is OK to take.

Now my chest has joined in by chucking copious amounts of phlegm out and diverticular disease has reached new heights of outpourings! Oh happy days!
