Has anyone tried Tributyrin?

I have IBS-C & was recommended to take this by my nutritionist , however after only taking 1 tablet and it has made me even more constipated & now very uncomfortable, with trapped wind & IBS pain & cramping .

I watched a blog about it written by the manufacturer saying that if you’re on laxatives & are constipated, which I am , then getting the right dose is critical and to take 1 tablet every 3 days .

Had anyone else has a similar experience please ?
