I'm not sure that there's any scientific bases for leaky gut but at the same time if it helps you control your symptoms and makes you feel better than it can't be a bad thing. 🤷‍♀️

That's the whole point. My doctor told me about leaky gut after a colonoscopy. Just trying to help other people because I've known for years the struggle. No need for your cimments.
