Has anybody else tried Mimosa Pudica seeds? I took them for 6 weeks and they really helped me. I know you can never tell with IBS but it’s been 5 months now and poos are generally ‘normal ‘ so I would recommend trying them.

I had no idea that Mimosa Pudica had any benefits as a medicine. When my kids were small, we used to grow them. Now I have looked them up, they have all sorts of beneficial effects, but are expensive to buy. I may give them a try after a bit more research. Thank you.
