Ive been using black seed oil capsules non gmo for the past 2 weeks and they seem to have made a massive difference to how i feel my stomack is much calmer no cramps or rumbling. Try them folks.

I got it off amazon just look for non gmo and cold pressed organic . Ive left the bottle at home so cant remember the make. Hope it helps
