I’m on laxido which helps move my bowel. But the chemist was having issues with the supplier so no laxido so he gave me movicol, till laxido comes in I hope . He says it’s the same but I’m unsure . Any one on movicol ,advice would be great 😊

Movicol/laxido/cosmocol all have the same ingredients just different brand names movicol being the dearest to buy
Thanks for your reply . The pharmacist said the same but just wanted a bit of reassurance, I. Travelling to visit my daughter and didn’t want a new medication just in case it upset everthing . Plus travelling is hard going as it’s 6hours in a car .so getting anxious about that and different meds . So thanks for your help 😊
It’s confusing isn’t it. If ever in doubt I just use google. Posters here often mention Lactulose so I looked that up and found there are many different names for the same thing!
That’s what I ended up doing as well 😊
