Hi ,I’ve been taking Kalms for a while now , I’m IBS-C with anxiety, they haven’t caused any more bowel problems , than I already have and they contain valerian root , which has some laxative properties . They may help with your sleep too , they’re supposed to , I sleep fairly well .

I take 2 after meals , so 3 times a day .

They do a nighttime Kalm as well , but I’ve not tried this , I know it contains lavendar .

Give it a try , it’s inexpensive & it hasn’t done me any harm , I like to think it helps .

Thank you for your help . As I hate taking anything new just incase . But I will give them a try as sometimes my anxiety gets the better of me . Thanks again 😀

My grandmother used to like these to help her sleep. I work for the British Herbal Medicine Association and you can find all approved, safe and high quality herbal medicines for sleep at bhma.info/indications/sleep...

You will see Kalms here and others like A.Vogel Dormeasan drops which my husband uses to help sleep due to shift work that he does that disrupts his sleep patterns. Neither should worsen your constipation and both have patient information leaflets. Hope you find something to help.
