I did delete my previous post because I was a bit confused reading the list of ingredients on the site you provided. But it's rhamnus purshiana, en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fra... I have been using it for almost two years now, almost 2 grams a day (4 capsules) 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. sometimes I feel that I need more so one or two capsules during the day. Rhamnus purshiana (cascara sagrada) works good for me, better then bisacodyl. The only thing is that it colours your intestinal wall that can be seen during a colonoscopy. My gastroenterologist told me, after having seen this, that I may continue using this laxative.
