Please give me information about my problem

I have been suffering from left upper abdomen pain(under rib cage) for several months.And it radiate back,in previous duodenal ulcer was found in my stomach.

I did four tests as advised by the doctor.

Seum Lipase : 154 U/L Reference level : upto 68.0 U/L

Serum Amylase : 120.0 U/L RL : 28-100 u/l

Creatinine : 1.1

Serum SGOT : 27 RL : 5-45 u/l

Serum SGPT : 30 RF : 5-50 u/l

These are the ones I show to the doctor and the doctor says that all the reports are normal.

The doctor then advised me to do a CT scan,Stool for OBT and Stool for RE.

I did these all.

The result of OBT report was normal.

But in the stool RE, mucus, yeasts were present and pus cell was 4-5.Doctor says it normal and gave me some medications.Here doctor talked about IBS.but I gave the medications regularly.there's improvement.

The doctor later released me from the hospital.

But I still feel a tingling pain in left upper abdomen side.

And my closet is hard.

Occasionally there is nausea.

The pain of the left upper abdomen is not severe but it is uncomfortable.

And the pain is sometimes radiated in the lower abdomen.

And the pain is sometimes radiated in the lower abdomen.

But the amount is much less.

And I have not lost weight.

My doctor has always said that it is not something like serious.

But I am afraid and I cry. Can you tell me why this is happening to me?

Above mention informations was happened to me on August 2021.

Still I feel the pain upper abdomen,but the pain decreased a little.

But the new place of something like sharp biting pain or sometimes constant cramping pain in lower left abdomen is founded,and my bowel movement is hard.

My question,is it any gastrointestinal problem or something?is it serious, I'm long term suffer, I used to get very much tensed about my health condition.please help me giving information.

I'm no expert by any means but it sounds like gastritis. Could also be ulcer or "just" functional dyspepsia. If the doctor's not too worried then it's unlikely to be anything serious like cancer. Have you been prescribed any medication for your stomach? Have you been tested for h-pylori?

Yes I take the medicine named pylotrip but doctor does no biopsy

Ok so I looked up Pylotrip. Are you in Bangladesh? Pylotrip contains amoxicillin (antibiotic), clarithromycin (antibiotic) and lansoprazole (proton pump inhibitor or PPI which reduces stomach acid). This is a treatment for h-pylori infection which is very common. H-pylori leads to gastritis and sometimes ulcers but the medicine you are on should kill the bacteria. If you are still taking it the treatment can make you feel worse for a while. But your stomach should start to feel better after you stop taking it (this may take a few weeks for your stomach to calm down). I hope this is helpful to you.

I can only tell off my experience but that is where my pain first generator I started off with gastro reflux then proceeded to pain after a month I've had mri and ct scans loads off bloods stool test which came back positive for blood so I have a colonoscopy tomorrow to find out what's going on .. have you had a colonoscopy atall

How long did it take to get the colonoscopy from the positive FIT?

So positive fit test and was refered and had appointment within a week but I had wait an xtra week for an appointment as that was the nearest appointment they had .. so all in what two weeks going on into third x

Yeah I've got a bowel klenze to take today to and tomorrow before my procedure at 12.30 x and to stop eating from 1pm today aswell x

I had some visible blood on a couple of occasions with stools not as they were a few years ago. But possibly post infection ibs from pylori? Family history of bowel issues. Had bloods done and they were ok. I know I have piles but I’m 52 now and am pushing for a colonoscopy for peace of mind. I know my fit will be positive because of recent pile bleeds but hopefully they will act on this

I really surprised they haven't sent you for one already I mention small bit off blood off in the toliet I got ordered a stool test straight away then referred straight away although my blood strted off OK they changed to be slightly off though then I ened really off it was actually my liver bloods they where really worried about but had liver bloods done the week off the stool test and doc had told on the liver results had improved so can only take tht is a good thing .

I would off thought with with tge fact you have got bowel issues in the family aswell I would defo push off the colonoscopy

I am in Scotland it's just wrong though .. my friend has family down in Kent and she been telling me that there doctors have been nightmares and one person nearly lost her life because they kept fobbing her off .. I would defo keep pushing please let me know how you get on x

She ended up having stage 3 cancer in the breast had to have a full mascospcpy ... think she my friends friend is lucky to be alive she was only 25 aswell x

Could be the pain is your hard stool moving. Increase your fibre
