I been having pain under my left rib cage that has followed the colon track moving down to my pubic bone. Its feels like pressure and my stools look like they have fat or mucus in it. Anyone have issues like this? I am a health 31 Male who eats a healthy diet. I been to many doctors who have not been much help

Yes i have the same although i am an unhealthy 32 year old female 🤣 i have come to the conclusion it is probably gas, as ive had scans and a colonoscopy whi h were all clear
My diet hasn't changed though that is the weird part. I even eliminated alcohol just to see if that was the issue and nothing changed. I feel hopeless.
Idk how health care is in the UK but it is not really the best here in America. Doctors just try to collect a check not really help unless you are actively dying.
I have yet to get any results of anything sadly, I have a colonoscopy set for tje 28th and hopefully get some answers. I'll keep you posted on any updates.
Has anyone mentioned Bile Acid Malabsorption to you? It is quite common in IBS sufferers and frequently overlooked. There is test, Sehcat where you swallow a capsule which measures the amount of bile acid in your stool. Although it may be worth asking your GP to try a bile acid sequestrant to see if it helps. Just a thought.
Chim-Chim: There's not so many details here to go on so i will start with - have you tried adding enzymes into your diet ? There are so many things that can cause what you describe but the 'fatty' component logically suggests that your digestion is struggling - could be stones, something affecting the liver, spleen, pancreas - there's just so many possibilities -BUT initially I would suggest grabbing a good enzyme with bile like Solgar solgar.co.uk/all-products/d... and see if that helps over a few days.
* I edited this after the above as I realised that I was making an assumption that you are taking regular aids for IBS - SO if you are not I think the 'all down the colon' thing you mention can be a classic bowel spasm, for which the best thing (for me) is Colpermin: if you can't get that where you are, look for enterically-coated peppermint oil (the coating stops the pill from breaking down before it reaches your bowel where it is released and calms the spasm. If you can't get either, look for Buscopan or dimethicone. Applying a hot pack can also help relieve spasm.
