Hello - first post here. Just wondering if anyone else suffers from this. If you've never heard of it, it's basically some pain along with extreme fatigue after a bowel movement, especially a larger one / one after a bout with constipation

There's a name for this? I've had this occasionally and have usually ended up having to lie down especially if my IBS is really bad. I always thought it was because the vagus nerve gets over stimulated with IBS.
