So sick in morning

Hello does anyone suffer in the morning with awful symptoms no energy at all really getting me down. And as the day goes on I feel bit better. Anyone feel the same? X Amber

Could be fibromyalgia. That's always worse in morning. Ache all over and oh so weak!

Hello yes I looked that up I’ve nearly all the symptoms. How is it treated it’s taken everything out of me really no energy whatsoever. Thank you Amber x

Yes the morning is the worst time of the day for me. Very little physical and mental energy.

My gastroenterology sergested amitriptyline but it turned me into a zomby. It may suit you worth a try. Your doc may know of something mine is usless.

Don't need extra antidepressants but just more overall energy 😉 By the way I'm on antidepressant since 2002, after abdominal surgery, and beginning to realise and understand that it's my troubled gut, already before the surgery this was the case. Just a bad start on this world 52 years ago. Combination of not being breastfed, antibiotics in my early years, mother with gut problems whole of her life and early life stress. But could have been worse and I try to stay positive. If I can ride my motorbike occasionally, when feeling slightly better , I'm a lucky man 🙂
