My severe symptoms again

Hello everyone I’m still sick my stomach is constantly gurgling awful noises nausea can’t eat . I’m still waiting for an endoscopy appointment it’s been months and still not heard. I suppose we’re just left to rot and get on with it.My mental health is so bad cause of my physical symptoms Sorry for moaning . Amber

I’m sorry you’re feeling so poorly , it’s horrible when your stomach is gurgling like that , mine does the same & it does make you very anxious.

Are you taking anything to help ease you tummy ?

Have you tried CBT for your anxiety?

I’m starting a course of Friday , through the NHS , it was recommended by someone on here , for my anxiety due to IBS -C

That’s good I’m sure it will help , it’s always good to talk to someone , especially someone who is experienced .

I’m really sorry you are suffering. I was the same for a long time. I see you have tried the antibiotics for SIBO. That seemed to finally help me to a point where I can function. My stomach is by no means normals but I can cope. Have you tried Amitriptyline? I think that has played a part in lessening my symptoms too. I really struggled with my mental health during my worst months, I reached a point where I felt I had no qualify of life. Stay strong and hold onto hope.

Ahh thank you for replying yes I’m on amitryptyline and never has helped. I’m waiting for an endoscopy appointment cause they think it’s gastritis aswell. I’m at my wits end I’m so fed up with moaning I’ve been like this for nearly 2 years nearly every day. Amber xx

Urgh that’s such a long time. Are you on a PPI if they think it may be gastritis? It’s so frustrating just being left to suffer with no answer. Are you able to work? Xx

I know yes I’m on omeprazole and not any better. My doctor said I need an endoscopy 😡x Amber

I hope they do it soon for you. What are your bowels like? constipation can cause horrible symptoms, even if you go everyday it can be backed up. X
