Anyone have any experience with a balloon / trapped rock / pulling feeling underneath their left lung/ rib cage?

Hi,

This first started a year ago for me, I noticed that underneath my left rib cage I had this full sensation which was driving me crazy! It feels like air is trapped under there or like it's being tugged downwards? It seems to flare up whenever I spot or bleed on the pill, but can happen anytime and lasts days/weeks. It doesn't hurt but is VERY uncomfortable and frightening.

I have been told it could be linked to IBS or is potentially diaphragmatic endo?

Has anyone experienced this sensation and if so do you have a diagnosis?

Any info would be much appreciated x
