I suffer from ibs -c and d . Terrible pain in right side and bloating . Been diagnosed with slow track bowel and scar tissue causing a narrowing in my bowel . Would aloe Vera help . I take laxido everyday 1sachet sometimes 2 and constella 290 for the pain . Just don’t no what to do any more .😩
