Has anyone ever felt the feeling of something stuck in their throat and when you burp the feeling is gone? But it does come back again.
This happens with me a lot whenever i intake spicy or fried foods. And due to this i also felt a slight pain on my left side below the abdomen skin(not any organ). It seems like a swell under skin.
Anyone experiencing the same symptoms?

Yes. It’s reflux. Only thing you could do to try to prevent your symptoms is to cut on the spicy food. I’ve cut out allot. My stomach issues are more complex but it helps to steer away from fatty foods, chocolate, cakes, gluten and diary m, etc.
I currently take mebeverine which I feel helps to ease my stomach pain before I eat.
I’ve experienced lots. I’m not sure of hunger pains? But I do get pains, feeling bloated, gassy, burping constantly, regurgitation, etc. I suffer with reflux symptoms a lot. I’ve got personal issues that has brought it on.
that kind of feeling could be fermenting gut - the yeast are saying please feed me - sounds left field I know but check it out - often presents with reflux also
Have you been on a course of antibiotics recently? Are you a regular user of aspirin or ibruprophen?Have you recently started a new medication?...or diet.Under undue stress.
These all play a part in the digestion pattern and you can pinpoint things that may be causal. There are lots of things natural ways that help reflux ...try not to consume lots of carbohydrates and sugary snacks?..steer towards fresh green vegetables and a good probiotic.Get the good yeast makers ...avoid the bad ones.
Fatty foods take longer to break down in the stomach, so eat smaller meals.....avoid eating 2-3 hours before laying down...if this continues to bother you look into dgl liquorice or 5HTP (melatonin) both these help reflux issues.
