Peppermint Oil Capsules
For me yes!!! I tried first with peppermint tea.
Anyway I take one or two after food, normally two if I’m not sure about the meal
Thank you for your reply, I have started drinking peppermint tea a few weeks ago and did notice a difference.
I find colpermain IBS capsules amazing and take them 3 times per day 1 hr before food. They are peppermint but they are slow release. Hope the help. I have them on subscription from Amazon. X
I bought the peppermint from Holland and barret but next time I will try this one!
Peppermint oil is among the best herbs for digestive problems, intestinal pain and bloating.
It is best taken as slow release and coated such as Colpermin or Mintec. The coating ensure that the oil reaches the intestine where it is needed rather than breaking down in the stomach. One or two capsules twice a day before or after meals Peppermint tea also helps the digestion. Hope this helps!
Didn't do anything for me, I'm afraid.
I have a hiatus hernia which causes reflux and peppermint oil actually aggravates it. However I can drink peppermint tea
