I have been recommended this and would love to know if it has worked for anyone before I try buying it!

Thank you!

Yes, it does work for some people, for me I only take peppermint tea after eating a meal. I do not take it at bedtime or on an empty tum as I find it gives me more wind. 🤭 but that's just me.

I have tried them but didn't work for me

I take peppermint oil capsules 3 times a day before meals and they've worked for me for years. Before that I was having to switch medications every 6 months as my body got used to it and it stopped working. The ones I take aren't recommended for nut allergy sufferers as I think nuts are used in the coating so make sure you read the information leaflet first. I get them on prescription from my GP. Hope they work for you.

Yes, have used them - they are an anti-spasmodic and will calm down your gut. Be aware that if you are taking an antihistamine drug (eg cimetidine) there may be an impact on the effect of the mint pills.

Definitely worked for me, but I would strongly recommend buying the ‘enteric coated’ variety, such as Colpermin. These capsules are coated to delay their release until they have reached the gut, rather than dissolving in the stomach.

They are anti-spasmodic, relieving the pain from cramps which is common with IBS.

I’ve had IBS for 40 years and although I very rarely suffer from these cramps these days, I find that the capsules help to regularise bm’s too.

Hope this helps.

I have used them . I tent to take them when I’m inDiscomfort .

Do they work???!!

I’m not sure if they work or if I just feel better for taking them.

I think anything is worth a try .

I used to take them. The problem is I found them good for bloating but they gave me acid reflux.

Yes they work greatly

The hard coated ones (are we allowed to say brand names:) really work well.

Follow the directions which are simple 30-90 min before eating anything

Which is fine for me...I take 1 capsule and have my 1(ok some times 2 1/2) cups of coffee in the morning (organic)

Once i see about 60min is elapsed breakfast time! (Which is already prepped)

Been taking for over 12months

Lately i feel its stopped working but really can we compare this time to any other?(covid)

even If you only get 1year of success

try it

You just never know
