I went to the best gastrologist who actually knew about IBS after food going straight threw me for over a year she explained i needed fibre to grab the excess water. I have been prescribed the green fibre gel as it's the most natutal none flavored am and pm drink before meals. After 1 month no pain no IBS flair ups for 2 years. This is all i take no other medication. Weight stabilised and i have no pain
