I'm new here and asking a bit of a strange question, I think I have had an episode of IBS c but fortunately over the worst of it, I do still have a pain right across my lower abdomen, like a very tight elastic band is being pulled from one side to the other but I also have a numbing feeling in both of my feet, just wondering if it can all be connected? Is the tight band across your lower abdomen higher on your left side and lower on your right side? Equally can you feel a correlation between that and the numbing sensation in your feet?

Are you diabetic?
It’s funny you should ask that, a friend of mine is diabetic and says he has numbness on top of his feet when he lies down. He doesn’t know why it happens.
I have IBS-C and also have tingling in the soles of my feet - contaant now since June 2019. I have got used to it so it doesn't bother me but the pain in the stomach is arocious - such an awful condition that has ruined my life entirely. Best wishes to you.

Ask to have your B12 checked. Those symptoms are also associated with B12 deficiency and pernicious anaemia
I had numbness in the side of one big toe from TMJD, which I believe also caused my IBS. But it sounds like your numbness is more widespread in your feet than that.
I have C and get numbness when I spend too long in the loo - so stopping proper circulation of blood
