So April last year I had chronic diarrhoea and was going 20 times a day. Now I'm not going as often, but when I do it's traumatic, it's very painful like as in muscle pain at my rectum, cramp and actually sore on its way out and it's huge amounts at a time and I not to mention if I wasn't near a toilet there would be a huge accident as too painful to even try hold it and unable to😭 sorry for the graphic detail but just worried! I have no food or drink triggers, except caffeine which I've now cut out, but constantly got abdominal pain and nothing relieves it, so I don't think it's ibs anymore my symptoms don't match anymore, no appetite and constantly feeling sick and having acid reflux too

Hi there
What tests have you had done? I've read quite a few people on here mentioning bile malabsortion as a reason for extreme diarrhea
Hello, i had the symptoms as yours, diahrrea up to 15 times a day it went in for six months, finally i got a referral to see a gastro i had test done found h-pylori and peptic ulcer got the prescription i was ok for the last six months and now i am back with diarrheam taking omeprazole not really helping, and in the stool i see small pieces of food i do watch what i eat no dairy no coffee, i am giving up tired, all the best to you
Was this a colonoscopy you had done? As I already had one and came back normal
i had a colonoscopy and was ok, after I had a gastroscopy and h-pylori i was given the prescription for antibiotics, aft 3 months i did again a gstroscopy and found that i had peptic ulcer, i got omeprazole i was ok for about 6 months now i am taking them again 1 a day i try not if i am ok, but i do problems now with diarrhea and mucus, or constipation, so i don't know what to do, it's 2 years now that i am dealing with all this, i don't know what else to do, i hope u feel better.
