pain when standing after long walk

when i stop doing walking ,I get a pain in my heal and my thigh .could you please tell me what it could be. I am now 65 if it helps

Have you got IBS as well, or why are you asking in this group? I get pains when standing, and after exercise, from connective tissue problems, but there could be a lot of causes of pain and the ones I get from standing are predominantly in my back and gut rather than heel/thigh. It's a good idea to ask a doctor if you haven't already.
