I did have ibsc but in last 8months have now got ibsd. I have lost 2 stone and still going down. Never felt so weak in all my 60 years. Child birth and breast cancer were better than this. I cant do anything. Even the nutritionalist diet pills and potions dont seem to do anything. I also have coeliac disease. At this rate i fear i will litraly wast away. I cant go out i have been in lockdown sinse before. Xmass. My doctor and nutritionalist dont agree on my treatment. Who do i trust and listen to?

I am so sorry to hear this! Must be really difficult for you. You have probably heard this alot but have you tried the low fodmap diet for 6 weeks? Then slowly reintroduce food back in? I had IBS-D for 3 years and this diet saved my life. Always best with a dietitian and the monash university app
