Constantly in the hospital, need advice.

So for the past 3 months I've been in and out of the hospital with constant vomiting and random diarrhea then constipation nonstop, it happens at least twice or so a month. And I don't stop throwing up for 7 or more hours, until I'm just dry heaving and begging to be put out of my misery, with the most severe pain above my belly button and below in my abdominal area, in between my ovaries. Not even doses of zofran they put through my IV work. They do CT scans and all types of constant bloodwork and a test where I drink a liquid and blow into a bag. Nothing. They find nothing every. Single. TIME. Everytime I go its very badly colored urine, kidney failure type. Super high white blood cells and a very high falic acid, and low or high blood pressure, usually low. I keep waiting on my doctor to send that referral to the gastroenterologist specialist for an appointment, but they never get around to it. And not having a car I can't keep making appointments for acid reflux and nausea medicine to keep me out of the hospital. I'm currently out now and have been out for a couple weeks, and every day is getting more and more painful in my abdominal area again, I'm starting to worry I might end up back in the hospital, and it doesn't help that I suffer with this while having severe emetophobia, since I was 7. (An extreme fear of vomiting) What do I do? Any suggestions? I don't qualify for a job with my condition, I'm almost out of Medicaid because of my age, and I'm extremely underweight even for my height, 4'11 and I'm 74 pounds or less the last they checked. I went from 84 to 74, after only getting to drink and puking just a couple times. Knowing that can happen and I literally puke more than 30 times or so in 7 hours, is worrysome. I'm worried I'm going to die at only 18 years old. I'm really scared and can't enjoy my life, I'm worried the man I'm with will also get tired of being with a constantly sick girl aswell, and with my mom sick and dying and me not living in their house anymore, he's really all the support I've got anymore. Never had real life friends. What should I do? Please help.

I think you need to be examined by a gastroenterologist asap. You will probably undergo a gastroscopy and colonoscopy to determine what’s wrong. Let them check for celiac disease and try to cut out gluten from your diet to see if it helps. I wish you find the solution soon, your symptoms must be devastating.

Sounds like your allergic to something. Not sure what. And your tiny for you age. Personally I think it could be more than a gastro problem. The urine colour is because your dehydrated. Are you on any meds at the minute

Allergy doesn’t cause very high white blood cells. You should also have your stool tested, but I suppose you already have.
