Vitamin D and B12 are ones that are generally deficient, however, unless you know for sure I would just get a general B vitamin, or indeed, nothing as you may be wasting your money. Has your GP or GI team done bloods and advised you of any deficiencies?

I take some vitamins in spray/liquid form rather than tablets. I use vitamin D spray and a multi vitamin in a tincture bottle, so far I have been ok 🤞

Hi! If you're in the UK, fodmarket (Google should bring it up) has low fodmap protein shakes now :)

As for vitamins, I take vitabiotics vitamin D 1000 (tiny little tablets). For b12 I would say search for a 'vegan gluten free' vit b12, that should cover the dairy, wheat etc, then check ingredients for sorbitol, mannitol etc :) may take a little searching on Amazon, ebay or Holland and barrett's

You should try Symprove first. It's supposed to get the right bacteria to the gut without being destroyed by stomach acids, which happens to all other pro biotics.

It's water based so should be fine. But it's a bit expensive. Try one bottle first.

It's not a vitamin supplement but if it calms down the IBS it might allow you a wider choice of food or over the counter vitamins.

It was recently recomme ded to me who said it literally changed her life. I plan on trying it next week. You can get it in Boots or on line. I have problems getting Vits because I am intolerant to load a of things, dairy, dextrose, yeast and sunflower oils and a whole range of foods. But I couldn't find anything untoward in Symprove. Good luck.

I would use the spray form of whatever you decide on as they do nothave additives I decided to take some vitamin D this weekend and spent a day with ibs diahorrea upon re reading ingredients realised sorbitol was the culprit.
