Stress and Axiety

Dear Members

I know that stress and anxiety give rise to IBS.

I am trying to resit exams and find employment and and being fifty the stress and anxiety causes IBS pain.

Anxiety affects my IBS too. I practise mindfulness and relaxation find this helps.

I think as much as I try I am sad that I am aged fifty trying to requalify in Wills and Probate

I am starting from the beginning as I became a law graduate back in 2000
