You might want to exercise some caution with this probiotic. There is some controversy over it. The Bacillus subtilis strain is near indestructible and if it becomes pathogenic or tries to take over your system if you become immune compromised (for example you end up in hospital from a car accident), antibiotics can't treat it like it can other more generic strains. The chances of the worst happening may be low, but personally I wouldn't want to add anything to my system that at some point could put me at risk.
