Discomfort bladder/rectum/sigmoid colon ,what is it ???

Hi guys, so after 1 year and 6 month, since I had my blood in stool, anus discomfort the bowel movements not that great from Diarrhoea to constipation to normal and I follow a treatment with antiobiotics for Helicobacter pylori, I must say I didn't have anymore blood in the stool for 6 months,felt better but still I have episodes of anus discomfort and discomfort around bladder area...the GP same story IBS,hemmoroids, anus fissure but it feels that I have a knot,something is there...what advice can you give me ?

I'm sorry I don't know answer to your question but it sounds that you might need to see Dr again? It sounds painful and uncomfortable hope you get to the cause soon 💛
