Whenever i sit down i get this uncomfortable feeling like an urge to poop or a kind of pressure in the rectum i guess. I also feel it when i walk or stand but not always just sometimes. A bit of my anus area has swollen not the whole and it gives me a tingly feeling.
Few days before i have had diarrhea for continuous four days and then it suddenly stopped. I don't have any feeling of nausea, vomiting or fever.
Could this be some kind of intestinal infection?

Hi I don’t think it’s an intestinal infection it could be piles they can cause pressure , you should contact doctor and get some advice x
I get this too, it's called levarto ani and comes with IBS. Sometimes it's worse than others. Sometimes I stand up all day because of it, only hurts when sitting down. I had BOTOX injections under a G A recently but it didn't help at all!! I wish you well.
It could also be a slight prolapse as I have a bladder prolapse and when my pelvic floor is weak it puts pressure on my anal mine also feels like its swollen wen I have bad constipation or diarrhoea if I was just ask for a pelvic exam your doctor will know if you have a slight prolapse i use a kegal 8 and take collegan and vit d to keep my pelvic floor strong xx
I have similar , I have had an Inguinal hernia for a few years, sitting down is the worst, lying or standing not so bad. I have another appointment for a new scan this month and hope that they at last give me an operation. For me at the moment it`s like a tooth ache down in my lower bowels, very uncomfortable. You need a scan maybe to identify what the problem is.
proctalgia fugax
Could it be this? Has anybody suffered with this syndrome?
I get it a few times a year. I do have internal piles and wondered if it was connected
Could be many things. I will advise you to go to the doctor/specialist so they can see you.
I am currently feeling the same as you, pressure in the rectum and like something is stuck down there. Specialist already saw me and he could not see anything wrong (hemorrhoids, fissures, etc...) I have a colonoscopy scheduled for 5-17 and we will go from there, praying they can tell me what might be the problem.
