I've not been right since May. Three tiny doses of flucloaxillin has me sat here almost five months on losing sleep over what my body will do next. I became highly sensitive to coffee, onion, garlic and another good 50 things... It's gotten better but only cos I now "constipate" myself up to feel normal. Thankfully I still go every two days or so. But I'm suffering now..im 26 and used to be able to manage fruits and veg and allsorts but I have been eating pastry, white breads, rice, pasta and couscous just so I won't feel any effect. It's worked despite some gas in the morning but I'm feeling rough in my skin and hair cos I'm getting zero goodness. Aside from this, I'm aware white bread really isn't the way forward as I was brought up being told it was "poison" . I've been referred to a gastro but heard nothing since June :(. For the most part I feel good due to my dry diet but I'm looking rough now that I work eight hours a day and lose sleep through anxiety over this

Killing my colon to fix my colon
Hi, I kind of get what you doing, I kind of do the same myself. Principle being that if you get the whole lot and chuck it in a food processor it comes out the right consistency which you feel is safe to eat. Would you say that that is kind of what you are doing or hoping for? The problem I find is that although you think you have the right amount of dry things and more liquidy things, your body has other ideas!
Many years ago after lots of antibiotics I got clostridium difficile then ibs a dietician thought I had fructose intolerance went on a low or no fructose diet unable to eat onion garlic pears apples etc this all helped me so much with the occasional bouts of ibs it was a wonderful relief. Still many years later still have trouble with fructose in my diet so I just avoid it as much as I can. Hope this helps
Understand jalapeno1234-after 48 hours of taking any antibiotic I am skipping to the loo and tend to loose a little weight in the process
If I have to take them I make sure I take a Probiotics as well.
