On April 25th I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Both normal.
I’ve been having abdominal cramps and some food in my stool for a while now.
Pepper and lately potatoes. Sorry for the tmi.
Is this normal? I don’t see gastro until September now.
My gastro doctor said I probably have ibs? Does anyone else find this? I go from diahrea to constipation. And sometimes the diahrea can last a week or so.
I’m not celiac. I’ve had the blood test.
I know some foods can’t be digested.
But potatoes?
What is going on?

Hi, I also fluctuate from constipation to diareoeha. I also struggle to digest certain foods. For me it's peppers, tomato, seeds, sweetcorn, oats... The list could go on to be honest. Some foods are harder to digest than others for "normal" people let alone those with IBS and it blinking sucks!! I hope you get some answers and relief soon x
There are some foods that we can't digest properly but have you been tested for malabsorption this does happen and a simple stool test can be preformed
