So I had the endoscopy & colonoscopy done, am waiting on results of biopsies but they found that I have a stomach hernia (hiatus hernia) which may be the root cause of a lot of my symptoms & some stomach disease (GAVE) that causes the veins in my stomach to be weak & possibly leak meaning they may need to be cauterised
