6 month with discharge in stool(with pics)

6 month! I have discharge / pus in stool

I check all what to need and all is fine (No parasites, normal at colonoscopy, proper CT test is fine, A good blood test, no venereal disease)

All the time when I need feces I have this inflammation / mucus, what can it come from? Some spicel blood /stool test? What more tests should be done? I do not know what to do

I recommend trying a stool test, since they're easy to do. The stool test also determines if there is too much fatty content in your poop.
