I have been suffering from persistent loose fluffy soft stool, mushy stool in the morning which makes the whole toilet water translucent brown with mushy irregular stuff at the bottom. I've been suffering from this for more than two months. In the beginning for 3-4 days I had heaviness in the lower part of the abdomen (it might be larger intestine), had to go to bathroom every time I eat something. But after this I only have it in the morning. No pain, no bloating, no fever, no blood in the toilet.
I ate a complete glass of dry fruits grinded in milk in the morning the day before I started having this problem. The dry fruits might be contaminated as nothing happened to me when I ate them occasionally in the past.
I am quite stressed now because of this problem. I am 23 I can't live my life with such disease.
It might be diarrhea prominent IBS but I have no pain or bloating. What is it? I want to get okay soon. please help 😢.

I would suggest you eat a very plain diet, boiled rice & chicken, drink plenty of water, peppermint tea NO Caffeine or diary for a week. No fruit very limited process food, dry fruits can be hard to breakdown along with some nuts. I'm currently having a testing week with my IBS and im doing this along with taking buscopan (8 tablets a day - for a week) - this normally gets things reset.
I hope this helps, its tough when it flares up BUT stay positive and try and keep smiling - watching a funny film helps!!!
I have IBS D and rarely have any pain with it. A lot of my BMs sound like yours. Have you tried Imodium? It slows down your digestion so the gut has more time to absorb water and nutrients. I didn't take Imodium for the first year after my diagnosis cuz I was afraid it would cause constipation but I wish I had just taken it. At worst, it might make me go one day without a poo, but that's usually only if I need to take more than one pill in a day. I suggest you give it a try. After your first poo of the day, if it's loose, take one Imodium and see how it goes.
HenryStapp and Merth83: Tell your doctor to presscribe Welchol or Colestipol. These 2 drugs stop diarrhea in it's ugly tracks! I take 5-6 tablets a day (3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon...used to take 6 tablets a day.) I had such bad chronic diarrhea for years that I couldn't leave the house. I now have my life back!
I have tried three glasses of whey throughout the day and fermented brown rice. They are really effective.
I have visited an ayurvedic doctor who prescribed me to spend 30 days just on whey mixed with some herbs. If you are hungry or thirsty, just consume this ayurvedic mixture. He also told me that allopathic drugs cannot cure IBS though they can ease the symptoms. I don't believe him. And it's a big challenge, I don't think I can go 30 days without eating anything solid.
