First time I've posted I can't seem to go loo and Im having severe pain in my chest back and heart I feel bloated and keep coughing

I’d suspect gall bladder problems rather than IBS, if the pain is that high up. Either way, as another reply suggested, you need to see a doctor ASAP.

Do go to the doctor as those symptoms should be discussed and investigated.

Sounds grim. Definitely get yourself off to either the doctor or A&E this morning and as someone said, don’t be fobbed off.
