Negitive Colonoscopy, Upper Endoscopy and CT Scan! No answers for extream abdominal pain

So frustrated!! Going on three months with extreme abdomen pain and more recently back pain. I do have a little Reflux but that is not my main issue. The cramping and gas are getting to be unbearable. My Gastro told me to eat the Low Fodmap diet and take a probiotic. I have been doing that for 3 months. He seams to be giving up on finding the main issue. ICant sleep cant really eat ( it hurts to bad right after I eat anything ) I am a healthy guy that has never had any issues. I started taking Zantac 150mg today hopefully that could give me some relief but I am pretty sure I already have low stomach acid. My life is being interrupted by this and I don't know what the next step is. H pilori? IBS? An infection? Stress?

Hi rhmmxman, is it on your right hand side like mine? I to have had a negative ultrasound, but haven't had the rest of the tests. Mine comes mainly after eating & is bD when settling down to sleep & is waking me up during the night, can't remember the last time I slept through the whole night

Yes right side and center abdomen. Really bad after eating or even drinking water

That's the same as me, definitely get it checked out before you leave it to long. I get thirsty & tired with mine. Mine's either a grumbling appendix or something starting with a p & ending with itus

It could be nerve damage/herniated disc in your back causing gut discomfort it’s all connected...also for gas have you tried Gas - x or Ovol ? Taken after a meal I have found this effective. In an article, heard people use silcolgel...

Nerve though about nerve damage. I race dirt bikes and do have back issues. I need to look into that. Thanks

Hi rhmmxman, sorry to read your problems with no answers!. Very hard!. Have you tried buscopan or magnesium?. I have had backache and severe abdomen pain and these have helped. Try them separately if you haven't already. 😊
