2 - opinion on appendix stuck to half my colon forgot other details ?

I forgot to say after I had the Fissure surgery done it hurt tremendously and I was on pain medicine for a month , And was able to go to the bathroom the entire month until I was released to go back to work and within four days I was constipated and nothing would come out and I didn't know what was going on because that never happened to me in my life except for when I had knee surgery and was put in a cast with a pain in my knee and in the hospital for about a week and after I came home I was on pain medicine still and the first three days of course I had tremendous pain in my knee so I was on pain medicine but within three days I was constipated and I had to get off of the pain medicine and I did and the next day I went to the bathroom and the next day better and bite three days I was glad to normal I just had to take the pain in my knee for the next four weeks , Until one day to the next I could stand up without my knee wanting to blast past the cast , and I could stand up all day for the last two weeks before they took the cast off and was able to go to the bathroom fine since I wasn't taking them stupid pills ? Even the last two weeks before they took the cast off I did a front brake job on my sisters car and changed her radiator on crutches with a cast and when I did the brake job of course I had someone help me carry the brake rotors to the ladies machine so I could cut them . I was going out of my mind that first month because I could not stand up or get out of bed unless I went to the toilet and I tried to do that as fast as possible to get back and put my leg up and I was going crazy because I was so bored and always was doing something working and then after work would always be doing my own work or something because that's the kind of person I am , So you can imagine if you can I'm going out of my mind since I had to leave work in June 2014 because I just couldn't do anything without my stomach hurting so bad that I had to sit down and it's still hard for me to lay down because it actually hurts more to laydown during the day and I have to get up and sit !!! It's really driving me crazy and I want to know why this pain medicine is making me go when and not constipate me ?? And every single doctor say that that can't happen wouldn't happen now now now after I tell them ? The "TRUTH" ! And I even have pictures because I take pictures of everything that comes out of me that the doctors will say that that can't happen ?? I tell them I have pictures and they really don't want to see them because it only has the date and time on it and it's on my phone and I'm telling them the truth and I don't want to be on these pills !!! Even after I got off of them and took that pill Suboxone I got so sick and you're not supposed to and I got so sick I am what is up with no sleep for eight days, until I saw the pain management doctor the ninth day and he gave me a prescription for Xanax so I could sleep and still I got an hour of sleep and then I don't think I could sleep more than an hour and a half to 2 maybe if I was lucky for the next nine weeks until I went to the hospital in so much pain and then the next day went back to pain management and I was put back on the pain medicine because I was in extreme pain and like I said in the first one before this message I could eat that night that I got them and not throw up and the next morning I could go to the bathroom and poop for the first time in 2 1/2 months ???
