Help easy my stomach cramps

I'm 35 Male and been suffering from extreme stomach cramps for the last 5 days. Pain started on Friday along with diorha andd vomiting. This has now changed to constipation and Nausa. I'm having real trouble coping with the pain....pls can someone help with any suggestions. Thanks

Do you have a history of IBS, this sounds more like a stomach bug to me.

It sounds like IBS, which could be brought on by stress or eating certain foods, or it may be a bug of some kind, you need to visit your gp, hope it gets sorted soon!

Sounds like it could be food poisoning, particularly as it's gone on so long. Best to get tested at your GP surgery.

I was exactly the same last week I’d had excruciating pain in my tum plus vomiting and was constipated. I’ve started to take one sachet of Fybogel after breakfast and drink plenty of fluids. Feel a lot better, but still a bit windy which could be due to the fibre drink which your body has to get used too. The pain does make you feel low at times hope this helps.
