I have just found this tip on social media that had helped me with bloating and nausea and I wanted to share, give it a try.
8 small pieces of ginger
1drop of peppermint
Boiled water, stir it
Let it stand for 10 mins add a small amount of sugar, I use coconut sugar. And drink it before bedtime.
I hope it works for u guys, it did for me.
